How We Work: Our 5-Phase Process
To ensure your vision is executed flawlessly, lebenStyle carries out every project through a structured, transparent five-phase overview:
Concept design
Following our initial briefing meeting, we set the design direction by creating mood boards, initial colour palettes, and furniture schemes so you can easily visualise and feed back on the fundamental elements.
Design detail development
We propose layout changes and produce finished furniture plans to help you visualise the transformation. At this stage, we confirm all Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) along with curated styling accessories.
Detail design
Once approved, we compose detailed finishes and FF&E schedules. We create a comprehensive design package including elevations, skirting, curtain details, light switches, and technical drawings for custom-built furniture.
Project installation
As completion nears, our team directly oversees the on-site installation, closely monitoring and actioning any aspects that require attention to ensure everything meets the highest standards.
Handover
Upon pristine completion, we hand over your transformed space and walk you through the best practices for caring for and maintaining your new interiors.
